What to expect over the 8 weeks...

  1. Be guided through five fun functional challenges to understand what areas of movement you need to go to work on. 
  2. Easy to follow classes released every week that act like roadmaps to your movement, guiding you along at your own pace.
  3. Learn why body awareness is so important and how it can impact the movements you already do.
  4. Awareness tools to teach you how to check in with your muscle engagement and movement patterns.
  5. Create time commitments, address possible obstacles and have the support to follow through on your self care, commitments to create space for habit and success.
  6. Be apart of a community of like-minded, diverse people who are just as committed to their health as you.
  7. A built in cheerleader to keep you on track - (me)!!

Who is this challenge for?

For anyone who is looking to feel and move better.  Create better range of motion, a more functional movement that will lead to freedom in movement and life.  Along with added tools to use in any type of movement.  Let us help you in realizing that age is just a number!

Do I have to be 'fit' to take this challenge?

No, this isn't a 'drop down and give me 20 burpees' type of challenge - this, and all of our courses, are designed for any activity or fitness level.

Should I consult a doctor before signing up?

Always. If you have an existing condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner. Although I have had many years of study, I am not a doctor and I would rather work in partnership with yours - feel free to have them email me with any concerns.
