Second 21 days:
- weekly reminders, motivational quotes, building strength, balance and agility to your walking mechanics
Third 21 days:
- weekly reminders, motivational quotes, challenge your strength, build your cardio and move free!
Be introduced to new ways of walking creating stability and muscle connection in your body! You will take on and challenge your body's ability to balance, working our way through different mechanics and connecting our core to how we move.
So no matter your struggles, hold ups, mechanical break downs, challenges your body will learn to move better and you will feel better!
