Let's move daily with intention, accountability and awareness. Each week will bring on a new way to move that will challenge and develop your balance. Create better mechanics in how you walk with simple and effective techniques that can be done anywhere. Walk - Move - Repeat.

63 Days to Create a Habit

It takes 3 cycles of 21 days to fully form a neural pathway for longterm change and success. 

Over the next 9 weeks we will be focusing on doing just that! Set sustainable intensions and realistic time commitments, create and set accountability (buddy's available), and decrease your stress (mind and body). 

First 21 days: 
  • weekly reminders, motivational quotes, intentional changes to how you walk and move.
Second 21 days:
  • weekly reminders, motivational quotes, building strength, balance and agility to your walking mechanics 
Third 21 days:
  • weekly reminders, motivational quotes, challenge your strength, build your cardio and move free! 
 
Be introduced to new ways of walking creating stability and muscle connection in your body!  You will take on and challenge your body's ability to balance, working our way through different mechanics and connecting our core to how we move. 

So no matter your struggles, hold ups, mechanical break downs, challenges your body will learn to move better and you will feel better!
