I’ve been practicing better sleep position since this workshop. I don’t have it down perfectly, but I have improved my sleep positioning so that my core is better aligned. I just want you to know that I’m not having as many achy days (yay - they’re very uncomfortable). Still plugging away at it!!
I also loved your breathing cue of ‘smell the air’ - if I”m having a challenge falling asleep, I do that!
