EXPERIENCE - Get on the court as you work through the content.  All the material will sound "great" but if there is no personal application, you won't walk away with any positive change. Each block is designed to deepen your body connection and make you more aware of how your body works and to get you asking questions about how you've addressed body issues in the past.

APPLY - Take your new tools, techniques and awareness to your clients. There is no better way to learn how different we all are and how to address those differences than to apply, apply apply.  We are not carbon copies of one another and what works for one does not work for the other. You will learn how easy it is to get results with all your clients with subtle changes in details and cues.

CHALLENGE - Monthly live workshopping where we will come together the first Monday of every month for 90 mins to challenge one another, get answers to questions, share our expertise, deepen our skills and to dive even deeper into how amazing our bodies really are.

GROW - Join me (Jamie) and accelerate your ability to apply your knowledge and expand your tool box of skills and techniques. My biggest struggle in the beginning of my career was learning amazing things but left alone when it came to learning how to apply it in my practice.  Wanting the ability to ask questions, collaborate and learn that went beyond a weekend course. 

My aim is to simplify how to make drastic changes in your clients lives through techniques they can easily apply in life. The focus is helping people to get more out of their efforts and get your clients out of pain.

The FML method has been life changing for myself and my clients. As a personal trainer I’ve always felt there was a gap or a disconnect between what I could see and how I could get my clients to connect their mind with movements. The simple cues from Jamie’s many years of experience and technical assessments were the missing link I was looking for. 


And the diaphragm work!! I cannot say enough. This is exactly what my body was missing. After about a week of taking 5 minutes a day to incorporate this into my warm up I noticed big shifts. A nagging discomfort in my mid back that I had previously just always “managed” no longer nagging! Digestion!! Improving this is a huge win for overall happiness. And feeling stronger in my workouts from using my breathe more efficiently.
